1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the higame0 (available at higame0.net), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any specific promotion or game rules published on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the services of the higame0.

Acceptance of these terms is required to use any feature on the platform, including registration, deposits, participation in games, Sports Betting, and withdrawal requests. 3 Account Usage

Sharing your account with third parties, including family members, is prohibited and may result in account closure without refund of your balance.

Each user may hold only an active account on higame0. Creating multiple accounts — even with different email addresses — is considered a serious violation of these terms. Duplicate accounts, once detected, will be closed, and any winnings obtained through them will not be paid out.

• You must notify support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by a third party without your authorization.

4 Deposits

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on the higame0 are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key linked to the account holder's CPF. This ensures security and speed — funds reach the user's bank account within 5 minutes after approval, at no additional charge, seven days a week including national holidays.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. There is no defined daily maximum, but withdrawals above certain amounts may be subject to additional identity verification and proof of funds, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• The balance available for withdrawal corresponds to your real account balance, excluding any bonus balance that has not completed the rollover requirement.
• The Pix key used for withdrawals must be registered under the same CPF as the account at higame0.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are automatically blocked by the system.
• In the event of suspected fraud, the higame0 may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing for investigation purposes, with a maximum resolution window of 72 hours.
• The 5-minute window may be extended during Pix system maintenance events beyond the control of higame0.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

10 Account Closure

You can request the closure of your account at any time via support chat or email. Any bets or games in progress at the time of the request will be settled normally before the account is closed. The higame0 may also close an account on its own initiative in the following situations:
